For a customer, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong affinity for employee benefits and group insurance.

 

Location:

Brussels - 2 days onsite, 3 days remote

Start date:

February/March 2026

Duration:

1-year contract with the possibility of renewal

Languages:

English and French and / or Dutch – knowledge of the other language is important, since everyone in the business speaks in their own language

Role and responsibilities:

Mapping, analyzing and challenging business needs within employee benefits and group insurance.
Organizing and facilitating workshops with various stakeholders.
Translate requirements into functional analyzes, user stories and solution designs.
Close cooperation with the Product Owner, Technical Lead and the business.
Active contribution to continuous improvement, innovation and change management.

Profile:

Analytical professional who gets energy from realizing concrete solutions in complex environments.
Strong knowledge of employee benefits and group insurance.
Experience with digital processes and agile working environments.
Analytically strong, structured and solution-oriented.
Communicatively skilled and comfortable in stakeholder management.
