Voor 1 van onze klanten zijn we op zoek naar een Salesforce Project Manager :

Start: oktober/november
Locatie: Brussel (3 dagen on site en 2 dagen remote) 
Regime: Voltijds 

Responsibilities
- Identification and agreement of stakeholders on their contribution to the project.
- Clarify project scope, approach, deadlines, costs and benefits.
- Identify and reserve necessary human and technical resources.
- Coordinate the delivery of deliverables in line with the project plan.
- Proactively manage interactions and dependencies with other projects.
- Allocate and monitor activities to project team members.
- Implementation of an Agile project organization and daily monitoring.
- Monitor progress of team activities and provide guidance in their execution.
- Manage project risks and issues.
- Change management during the project and regular communication to stakeholders.
- Ensure that new functionalities are implemented correctly.
- Transfer project knowledge to ensure continuity in “business as usual” mode.
- Coaching of human resources allocated to the project.
- Contribute to the improvement of project management methods, processes and tools.

Qualifications and experience required
- Proven experience with Salesforce (3 years).
- Proven experience in a Project Manager role (6 years).
- Experience in an Agile environment.
- Management of resources, external parties and budget.

Desired skills and certifications
- Fluency in English, French or Dutch with a good level in the second language.
- Knowledge of the Bla tool.
- Knowledge of UX design principles and methods.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Management.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
