The IT Project Manager will be mainly responsible for the following activities:
- Mastery of the IT team’s scope, including planning, resource management, budget, risk and issue management, as well as documentation and follow-up reports, using a suitable project management methodology.
- Daily coordination and supervision of the IT team, composed of 2 IT managers.
- Direct management of certain IT projects and coordination of projects managed by other team members.
- Communication and support to internal and external users, including training and workshops.
- Reporting of IT projects to the General Management and the Steering Committee.
- Active participation in the development and implementation of IT processes for services offered to regional institutions.
- Ensure the transition and adaptation of IT tools as part of the reform of the Brussels regional administration.
Technical skills:
Experience in project management related to data management.
Experience with Agile and Kanban management.
Understanding of cloud architecture roadmaps and principles.
Experience with frequent interactions with senior management.
Knowledge of PMI project management methodologies, Prince 2 (certification is a plus).
Getting familiar with Office 365.
AZURE (and AWS) certifications are a plus.
Scrum Team Knowledge.
Management of MS-Project (or other project tool).

Experience:
Higher education diploma of the long or university type.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT project implementation and/or in an IT environment.
Experience with Cornerstone tools is an asset.
Languages:
Fluent in French and English, with at least a passive knowledge of Dutch.
