Project Manager Infrastructure

For a client we are looking for a Project Manager Infrastructure.


Start Date: 04/05/2026
End date: 31/12/2026 (with renewal option)
Workplace: Brussels, with partly remote work
Required languages: Dutch, French, English
Full-time (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

Mapping and Steering of Initiatives:
Map and analyse all infrastructure initiatives (projects, programmes, operations).
Manage the roadmap of priority initiatives and ensure their alignment with the digital strategy.
Transparency and Executive Reporting:
Implement activity mapping, KPIs and dashboards to provide clear visibility on progress, risks and opportunities.
Produce summary reports and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
Analysis & Process Structuring:
Understand, map and analyze the current infrastructure department processes (run & build), identify inefficiencies and propose concrete improvements.
Coordination and Governance:
Ensure cross-functional coordination between the Infrastructure, Security, and Data teams and stakeholders in order to streamline dependencies and avoid bottlenecks.
Ensure connection with the PMO team and associated governance.
Risk Management and Continuous Improvement:
Identify organizational, operational and technological risks, propose mitigation plans and prioritize high-impact actions.
Contribute to the standardization of processes (ITIL, DevOps) and the optimization of operations.
Strategic CTO/DTO Interface:
Translate the CTO’s vision into concrete action plans for infrastructure teams.
Report on field realities and operational needs to adjust the strategy.

Key deliverables:

Mapping of initiatives and roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
Executive dashboard for monitoring KPIs and risks.
Progress reports and strategic action plans.
Skill Requirements:
Leadership: Ability to unite multidisciplinary teams and manage crisis situations.
Communication: Ability to popularize technical concepts for non-technical decision-makers.
Analytical mind: Ability to synthesize complex information and propose pragmatic solutions.
Adaptability: Flexibility to evolve in an ever-changing environment.
In practice:
Presence in the office at least twice a week depending on tasks and in agreement with the team.
Work within a multidisciplinary team, mix of internal and external collaborators.
