Mission Context:

We are looking for a Business Analyst/Process Engineer to join the Risk & Credits tribe. This role supports the objective of providing digital, transparent, simple, timely, sustainable, and compliant lending solutions. The consultant will support the In Life cluster within the Tribe Risk & Credits, focusing on lending products, services, and applications from client contracting to risk management.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and maintain valuable business solutions with a focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and risk mitigation.

  • Conduct study and estimation of value potential, solution design, delivery, and realization.
  • Gather, analyze, and define requirements, with a good understanding of application functionalities.
  • Support the Product Owner in defining Product Concepts and OKRs, contribute to business case development, and prioritize customer and user needs.
  • Analyze, design, and implement new processes or solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve business processes and measure their performance.
  • Provide knowledge of methods and tools for continuous improvement and change management.
  • Define needs for and test application changes.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and maintain documentation for process standardization and incident resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.

Agile Working Environment:

  • Participate in a multidisciplinary team to define, build, test, and implement products or services.

  • Organize work independently, estimate task scope and complexity, and participate in Agile Planning and review meetings.
  • Support the Product Owner in backlog clarification and refinement.

Education:

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience.

Languages:

Fluent in English and at least one national language, with a passive understanding of the other national language.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience in Risk & Credits or willingness to acquire knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in process management.
  • Experience in an Agile working environment.

Technical Experience:

  • Good knowledge of process management tools.

  • Experience in identifying automation opportunities is a plus.

Business Experience:

  • Knowledge of the business context and process improvement methods.

  • Mastery of risk management and control aspects.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and storytelling skills.

  • Client and end-user focus, prioritizing customer and user needs.
  • Driven and tenacious in finding creative solutions.
