For a client we are seeking a GenAI Strategist/Coach to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance business value and support the organization's mission of providing personalized customer interactions.

Work Location: Brussel
Telework Expectation: 50% on-site & 50% homeworking

Responsibilities:

• Build AI-ready foundations within the organization.
• Support specific AI projects from inception to completion.
• Empower teams to utilize AI in improving their daily work processes.
• Coach and mentor teams on GenAI and related topics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in GenAI, natural language processing (NLP), or a related field.
• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or training teams on GenAI and related topics.
• Knowledge of data management and governance best practices for GenAI applications.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Strong technical skills in GenAI, including large language models, transformer architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with GenAI platforms, tools, and services, such as LLaMA, Anthropic, or OpenAI.
• Certification in GenAI, natural language processing, or related field is preferable.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
