For a client we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for an OPC Transformation TRACK Tooling Project.

Work Location: Brussel (Expectation: 50% on-site & 50% homeworking)

Role Description:

The Senior Business Analyst will be instrumental in supporting a broad Transformation Program within the Operational Permanent Control (OPC) department. This role involves defining, documenting, and implementing new technological solutions, including Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and robotics, to enhance the department's control execution tools.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate business needs into requirements.
• Define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Analyze and document business processes (existing and new).
• Work closely with project managers, OPC team members, and other stakeholders.
• Transition requirements and use cases to designers/developers, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for various testing stages.
• Manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
• Plan and execute the BA requirements management strategy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with internal and external development teams to prioritize BA dependencies for successful solution delivery.
• Serve as a liaison to the business community.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in conceptual modeling techniques and methods.
• Strong expertise in MS Office and a good understanding of IT and testing.
• Experience with requirements management is preferred.

Language Requirements:
