CRM Dynamics Technical Lead Opportunity
For a client in Brussel, we are seeking a CRM Dynamics Technical Lead in the ICT Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the architect and Functional Engineer in finding, presenting, and communicating suitable solutions.
- Produce or review design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality by challenging customer requirements.
- Occasionally produce or review design specifications to customize MS Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs and requirements.
- Solve complex technical problems.
- Ensure continuous improvement and innovation within the solutions by utilizing new technologies and methodologies.
- Represent interests towards integrators in both project- and CoE-mode.
- Hands-on technical delivery of the solutions, from build (configuration and customization) through testing to implementation.
- Ensure quality and compliance of the delivery from developers or supplier technical teams.
- Produce or review technical documentation on configured and customized functionality to ensure clear understanding and future maintenance.
- Collaborate with developers and suppliers' technical teams for seamless integration and deployment.
- Lead the build efforts, follow-up, and act accordingly on delivery-related KPIs (burndown, velocity, etc.).
- Act as the release manager by executing or delegating software releases to production.
- Contribute to the up-skilling of the current internal team by mentoring and coaching others, as well as sharing best practices and knowledge.
- Identify, address, and follow-up on internal and external technical dependencies. Liaise with technical leads and experts of other domains/teams.
- Represent the scope in the PI planning exercise.
Profile:
- University master’s degree, preferably in computer science, information technology, or related disciplines.
- Over 10 years of CRM MS Dynamics hands-on build experience acquired as part of a consulting firm.
- Certifications are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in multinational or large-size companies.
- Experience in leading and coordinating the work of others in an agile software delivery environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to all relevant stakeholders at their level of information need, and capable of writing complex documents and delivering persuasive presentations.
- Works autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Team player with a proactive mentality.
- Fluent in English, and preferably in French and Dutch.
- Excellent written English.
