Key Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop, and Deploy: Create technical solutions in a Full Stack Azure/Office 365/SharePoint/React JS environment. Guide software installations and configurations to enhance infrastructure efficiency.
• SharePoint Expertise: Apply strong knowledge of SharePoint Document Management principles and development.
• DevOps and DevSecOps: Leverage expertise in DevOps and DevSecOps practices to optimize development pipelines and security.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure the performance and availability of multiple technology environments, including Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint.
• Innovative Solutions: Lead technical design and implementation actions within enterprise and infrastructure projects, tailoring innovative solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Proactive Analysis: Critically assess the IT environment, propose necessary improvements, and implement approved changes to optimize performance and security.
• Technical Documentation: Write and maintain high-quality technical documents for implemented solutions, ensuring accuracy and regular updates.
• Standardization and Best Practices: Establish standardized configurations and best practices for technical components, promoting knowledge transfer and operational consistency within the team.
• Environment Stability: Provide tools and support to maintain the stability and performance of technology environments, ensuring compliance with service agreements.
• Advanced Support: Deliver Level 3 technical support for complex incidents, offering effective and sustainable solutions to end users.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in SharePoint Document Management principles and development.
• Advanced knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
• Proven experience with Azure, Office 365, and React JS environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to optimizing IT environments.
• Strong communication skills for writing technical documentation and collaborating with team members.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Certified Microsoft 365 developer.
• Proven experience in Azure DevOps (Senior, 4 years).
• Proven experience in M365 platform administration (Senior, 5 years).
• Proven experience in PnP and PnP PowerShell.
• Proven experience in SharePoint Frameworks development (SPFx).
• Proven experience with React, TypeScript, Angular, C#, ASP.net.
• Proven experience with ShareGate.
• Advanced knowledge of OmniTracker's Incidents and Requests management (Senior).
• Knowledge of Veracode (Medior).
• Proven experience in coaching/leading a developer team.
• Proven experience in DevSecOps and OWASP (Junior, 2 years).
• Proven experience with SharePoint Server 2019.
• Proven experience in Utilities.

General Skills:

• Fluent in French or Dutch with a good knowledge of the second one.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in IT related domain.
