We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the NIS2 project for a client in Schaarbeek. Knowledge of NIS2 is essential. The start date is as soon as possible, but quality is more important than quick availability. Language requirements are Dutch, French, and English.
Context
Within the Risk and Compliance Management entity, we organize a service for other entities. The focus is on compliance with the new NIS2 regulations and limited follow-up of the DORA regulations. The goal is to guide the Group entities to a higher level of information security.
Responsibilities
- Translate management issues into a concrete transformation trajectory.
- Develop, coordinate, monitor, and report on transversal transformation trajectories.
- Identify the quality, relevance, and feasibility of recommendations and advice to management.
- Guide managers and employees within a transformation trajectory.
- Set up collaboration with various actors.
- Execution in accordance with scope, budget, and timing.
- Ensure quality of reporting to management and stakeholders.
Main Tasks
- Coordinate the project and preparatory work based on NIS2 legislation.
- Develop a clear plan and timeline for projects/actions.
- Define and monitor the scope.
- Ensure timely delivery of project documents.
- Establish, monitor, and adjust planning.
- Determine priorities within the project and escalate if necessary.
- Estimate required resources and release budget.
- Prepare, monitor, and adjust the BU budget.
- Set and achieve acceptance criteria.
- Clarify roles in the project.
- Consult and bring together working groups and steering committees.
- Provide support for the implementation of DORA regulations.
- Guide trajectories for higher information security.
- Develop change trajectories in collaboration with HR and other departments.
- Functionally manage employees and monitor their tasks.
- Monitor the quality of delivered work and motivate the project team.
Profile
- Interest in regulatory trajectories and knowledge of NIS2 & DORA legislation.
- Thorough knowledge and experience in change and management models, preferably ADKAR.
- No-nonsense/hands-on mentality.
- Critical with good analysis and synthesis skills.
- Knowledge of the insurance sector.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Sensitivity to quality, accuracy, and stress resistance.
- Result-oriented, proactive, and dynamic.
- Proficient in Dutch and French with a good knowledge of the other national language.
