Talent Acquisition Officer – Senior

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Antwerpen

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Create and align job postings according to company standards.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to create a talent pipeline.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Experience with recruitment of blue-collar profiles is essential.
  • Experience managing high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations related to hiring.
  • Knowledge of SHL tests and questionnaires is a plus (OPQ, MQ, G+).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS (SuccessFactors, etc.).

Non-Technical Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong listening and interviewing skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in other languages such as German and/or French is a major plus.
