Talent Acquisition Officer – Senior
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Antwerpen
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Create and align job postings according to company standards.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts to create a talent pipeline.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
- Experience with recruitment of blue-collar profiles is essential.
- Experience managing high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations related to hiring.
- Knowledge of SHL tests and questionnaires is a plus (OPQ, MQ, G+).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS (SuccessFactors, etc.).
Non-Technical Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong listening and interviewing skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in other languages such as German and/or French is a major plus.
