Mission:

• Ensure landscape in co-creation with all impacted parties/partners.
• Collaborate with Leads to ensure sufficient and knowledgeable resources.
• Guide functional/technical resources to contribute timely and qualitatively.
• Facilitate timely decision-making among all impacted parties/partners.
• Ensure continuous involvement of stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure the solution meets defined requirements/outcomes.
• Ensure necessary GDPR and Cyber-Security measures are realized in due time.
• Ensure quality of the solution and adherence to standards and governance.
• Update and sign-off service deliverables (SLA, BA, etc.).
• Develop and sign-off data migration strategy/mapping.
• Design, build, and test migration scripts and cutover plan.
• Conduct Dry Runs to confirm quality, delays, and success of ETL.
• Ensure comprehensive Test Management.
• Ensure adequate resources are available for preparing/executing testing.
• Actively follow-up on progress/mitigation KPIs.
• Ensure comprehensive Change Management.
• Ensure communication, training, and transition (preparation/execution).
• Report to the Sponsor and SteerCo together with Lead Support, ideally as one voice.
• Provide Go/No Go advice to SteerCo based on acceptance criteria and readiness.
• Ensure the Transfer to Service is designed and signed-off with the ‘Support’ stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experienced in project management in both waterfall and agile projects/programs.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
• Experience in Migration and Transition.
