Job Title: (Senior) Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional technical support to customers in the Benelux region, focusing on connectivity and building transmission networks for network operators, enterprise customers, and companies.
• Install and expand transmission networks.
• Maintain existing installations.
• Support solution offerings with proof-of-concepts.
• Conduct technical training for customers.
• Stay updated on competitive solutions, products, and services.

Profile:

• Higher education (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following domains:
  • Network Management Software
  • Routing & Switching 
• Innovative and creative with a commercial mindset.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Creative problem solver, driven to succeed with a focus on results.
• Accurate in reporting and documenting activities.
• Mobile and flexible, willing to work outside office hours occasionally.
• Willing to travel abroad occasionally.
• Language proficiency in NL-EN or FR-EN (Trilingual Dutch, English, French is a plus).
