Role Description:
The role involves ensuring the effectiveness of digital journeys, increasing online visibility, developing brand awareness, generating leads/sales, and driving business growth through the creation and maintenance of relevant content and architecture on external platforms. This position requires collaboration with IT Tribes to maintain a relevant content architecture and future-proof digital marketing tools.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Experience Design
- Develop and maintain a holistic strategy for consistent customer experiences across various channels.
- Translate business goals into funnel-based channel plans.
- Design channel mix and orchestration for targeted messaging.
- Digital Journey Mapping & Optimization
- Create and evolve user digital journey maps for priority audiences.
- Identify friction points and opportunities for journey improvement.
- Collaborate with UX, Tribes, and teams to enhance user flows.
- CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Lead CRO initiatives across digital properties.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing and performance experiments.
- Work with designers and developers to implement CRO enhancements.
- Analytics, Performance Measurement & Insights
- Build KPIs and dashboards to track channel effectiveness.
- Analyze engagement and conversion data for actionable insights.
- Provide reporting and recommendations to Management.
- Channel Orchestration & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Content Strategist & SEO/GEO Expert for cross-channel alignment.
- Ensure coherent and optimized customer experiences across channels.
- Coordinate with UX and tech teams for journey improvements.
- Personalization & Segmentation Initiatives
- Support the development of personalized experiences across channels.
- Use segmentation insights to tailor journeys and messaging.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in optichannel marketing strategy and digital experience design.
- Proven expertise in Digital Journey mapping, UX best practices, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with UX, IT, and teams.
- Expertise in agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills and Certifications:
- Fluent in Dutch or French, and English.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Design, Marketing, or related field.
- Certifications in Figma, service design, Adobe Analytics, Content Square.
