Service Delivery Manager in Antwerp region.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension

Work Schedule: Preferably full-time, 3 to 4 days per week on-site

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, hands-on start-up environment with room for initiative, even when not everything is set in stone. The focus of this role is on designing and implementing processes and understanding their impact on IT. Strong project management skills will be beneficial in executing this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership Management: Act as the liaison between internal stakeholders and operational partners. Develop strategies that ensure success by understanding stakeholder needs and navigating various collaboration solutions, including subcontracting and long-term partnerships.
• Service Delivery Oversight: Proactively monitor service deliveries, ensuring operational activities align with SLAs and budgetary constraints. Analyze and adjust processes, shape data reporting, and translate them into broader insights.
• Transformation and Continuous Improvement: Explore new ideas, test and learn, and adapt based on insights. Translate concepts into processes, instructions, and contracts, capturing feedback to improve total cost of ownership without compromising customer experience.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in service delivery management or related roles, with a strong track record of success.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and able to work quickly and adapt to unexpected challenges.
• Leadership skills with the ability to provide proactive advice and feedback in service management meetings.
• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail while maintaining an overall view.
• Proven ability to seek improvements and transform businesses based on cost estimations and budgeting.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
