Medior System Integration Lead

Location: Vlaams-Brabant
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up on integration processes.
- Analyze technical and integration issues.
- Address functional issues related to workflows, processes, and gaps.
- Investigate data integrity issues.
- Solve problems in collaboration with business, IT, and vendors.
- Oversee the interface design phase within a dynamic architectural environment.
- Prepare data for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support migration cut-over and deployment activities.
- Optionally, engage in Business Analysis tasks, such as mapping operational processes.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a lead role within IT, Business Analysis, or Functional Analysis.
- Proficient in integration, interfaces, middleware, data, defect analysis, technical design, architectural design, connectivity, data analysis, and migration.
- Technical knowledge of MQ, APIs, messaging, JSON, XML, etc.
- Experience in the complete project lifecycle, including requirements, specifications, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT teams, business units, vendors, and project teams.
Desired Skills and Certifications:
- Knowledge of the logistics or aviation industry is an asset.
- Experience with migration and cut-over preparations for go-live.
- Proficiency in BI reporting.
- Flexible and proactive approach, with a willingness to engage with business and other teams for information.
