Job Listing: Medior Business Analyst

Location: Vlaams-Brabant

Responsibilities:

• Collect requirements through interviews, meetings, and workshops.
• Describe existing and new business processes using easy-to-read diagrams and flow charts.
• Formalize requirements with a Business Requirements Specification (BRS) using corporate templates.
• Write test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide progress reports during testing phases.
• Support the business through testing, migration, and go-live phases.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in collecting and formalizing requirements.
• Ability to quickly learn processes and technicalities of the system.
• Experience in writing test cases and coordinating UAT.
• Ability to build trust and respect with senior users.

Desired Skills:

• Finance background is a plus.
• Inquisitiveness and persistence.
• Confidence without arrogance.

Language Proficiency:

Proficiency in English is required.

We are looking for someone who can integrate quickly, support the business effectively, and is confident in their abilities. This role is not suitable for someone looking to take over the project or who is hesitant to engage with senior users.
