Job Opportunity: Medior Automation Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage automation scope within a project team.
• Design OT/IT solutions and configure computerized systems.
• Procure or request necessary hardware and software.
• Develop, review, and execute commissioning protocols, test plans, reports, and documentation to implement, maintain, operate, and validate GxP automated systems.
• Troubleshoot to find root causes and propose solutions, including providing on-call support from 9h to 17h during weekends.
• Support investigations, deviations, and corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely and compliant closure.
• Actively communicate with project leads and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 5 years of experience with OT or IT systems in a GxP environment.
• Understanding of Computer Networking (e.g., ISA-95).
• Experience with GxP requirements relevant to automation, such as ALCOA and cGMP annex 11.
• Basic programming skills in Powershell/CMD and SQL preferred.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and NIS2 is preferred.
• Experience with industrial automation technology and validation standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Dutch language at level C1 preferred.
