Role Description:

Join the Accounting & Reporting Solutions team, part of the OFS Solutions department, as a Functional Analyst. The team is responsible for managing finance systems functionalities, contributing to projects and evolutions related to finance tools, and ensuring local needs are respected and implemented. Responsibilities include participating in testing, change management, and training for users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, improve, and validate Data Quality Controls for Management Accounting Systems.
  • Utilize data analytics, visualization, scripting, and automation techniques.
  • Identify root causes of control issues and propose solutions.
  • Write comprehensive business requirements and define a roadmap.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and execute testing.
  • Coordinate and follow up on solution implementation.
  • Define Remediation Action Plans for data sourcing.
  • Document solutions and processes.
  • Communicate proactively and clearly with management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor/Master or equivalent experience in Finance/Accounting/Business Management.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role within a financial institution.

Technical Experience:

  • Mandatory: IT systems (SQL, Access, Excel), stakeholder relations, clear communication.
  • Preferable: IT systems (Business Objects, Cognos), OFS – General Accounting System.

Business Experience:

  • Mandatory: ALM data and processes, Data Analyst, Functional Analyst.
  • Preferable: Banking Accounting knowledge.

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical mind, good inter-relationship skills, solution-driven, team spirit.
  • Client-focused, able to understand complex business requirements.
  • Rigorous, structured, organized, autonomous, committed, and perseverant.
  • Quick self-starter, proactive, with a negotiating attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

Documentation Skills:

  • Formalization of analysis, business requirements, and meeting follow-ups.
