Functional/Business Analyst

Location: Antwerpen, 2 days/week onsite, rest remote.

Project Duration: ASAP – 31/12/2026

Responsibilities:

• Analyze migration data related to policy packages.
• Describe transformation and cleanup rules clearly and unambiguously.
• Participate in workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Ensure coordination and knowledge transfer between all involved parties, both business and IT, internal and external.
• Contribute to projects delivering high-quality IT solutions within scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate effectively with external parties, both onsite and offshore.

Profile and Experience:

• Plan-based, independent, and result-oriented.
• Strong analytical skills, accurate, and problem-solving.
• Communicative, diplomatic when needed, and a team player.
• Customer-focused with a hands-on mentality.
• Adaptable to change and flexible with project requirements and priorities.
• Resilient under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Experience:

• Experience with functional analysis in larger organizations.
• Familiarity with analysis and modeling techniques such as BPMN and UML, including use cases, is a plus.
• Medior to senior level with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• SQL knowledge.
