Scrum Master/Analist

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Long-term

Location: Schaarbeek & remote

Language Requirements: Dutch and English (with passive knowledge of French)

Responsibilities:

As a Team Member:

• Take responsibility, alongside the team, for delivering user stories planned with the product owner.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team from both a technical and organizational perspective.

As a Scrum Master:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and assist the team in achieving its objectives.
• Act as the "servant-leader" of the team.
• Support and challenge the team in its continuous improvement efforts.
• Help the team implement and refine team agreements within the Scrum framework and principles.
• Serve as the first point of contact with management, supporting the company's vision and objectives within the team.
• Support company and department processes and agreements.
• Facilitate collaboration with other teams and departments.
• Resolve or escalate impediments to management when necessary.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and sprint planning.

Profile:

• Result-oriented and client-focused.
• Diplomatic and persuasive, capable of adapting behavior and communication style based on the interlocutor.
• Comfortable with change and able to establish trust with colleagues.
• Willing to voice opinions and encourage others to do so constructively and respectfully.
• Possess a can-do attitude.
• Fluency in French or Dutch with a good understanding of the other language; English is an asset.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong leadership, excellent soft skills, and an empathetic profile are essential.
• Proven track record in building a strong testing strategy in collaboration with business experts.
• Experience in test automation is required.
