For a client we are seeking a Methodology Coach/Specialist to join their Agile Organization. This role is a professional opportunity for individuals with 4-5 years of experience in agile coaching and methodology specialization.

End Date: September 30, 2025
Location: Brussel
Responsibilities:

• Drive the adoption of agile methodologies across teams.
• Facilitate team efficiency by proactively removing impediments.
• Ensure flexibility and the ability to rapidly respond to changes.
• Collaborate with other Agile coaches and Scrum Masters to enhance team dynamics.
• Deliver on data-driven coaching agreements based on observations and leadership collaboration.
• Focus on value delivery, flow, quality, predictability, modern engineering practices, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach with a track record of successful senior leadership collaboration.
• Extensive knowledge of Scrum and other agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to determine and implement modern engineering practices.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in Jira.
• Expertise in Kanban and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in system coaching.
