Opportunity: SAP Consultant / Project Management Support Consultant

For a client, we are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant / Project Management Support Consultant.

Project Duration:

Start immediately, with submissions accepted until mid-February. The project will continue through 2025 and 2026, with a global rollout from 2027 to 2030.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in project planning and status/risk monitoring.
• Prepare, facilitate, and report on workshops/meetings, and follow up on agreed action items.
• Coordinate, communicate, and manage change within the business expert and user community.
• Assist in process and data analysis to ensure transparency of current processes, interfaces, and data structures.
• Gather and describe key business process and data requirements with internal business partners.
• Assess the gap between current processes and S/4HANA standard functionalities, adhering to the principle of standardization.
• Assist in end-to-end process redesign in the transformation from SAP R3 to S/4HANA using a greenfield approach.
• Analyze and evaluate the impact of new or altered IT applications on end-to-end business processes.
• Advise on best-fit functionalities, including SAP and satellite solutions.
• In the second phase, support the development of training material and conduct training sessions for expert and user communities on S/4HANA and Fiori App capabilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement business processes, including order-to-cash, foreign trade, transport management, planning & manufacturing, quality management, purchase-to-pay, yard & warehouse management, and inventory management.
• Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Apps, and SAP R/3 functionalities.
• Experience with BRF+ Decision Tables.
• Proficiency in job scheduling with output in Excel to Spool List Recipient.
• Customizing (SPRO) and basic knowledge of ABAP programming for debugging and understanding modification logic.
• Process-oriented thinker with strong analytical and creative skills.
• Project management office skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Strong communication and change management abilities.
