For a client, we are seeking a Junior Digital Product Manager with initial work experience.

Role

As part of the Digital team, the Junior Digital Product Manager will support the full project lifecycle of new digital product developments, implementing them on industrial sites and servicing existing applications.

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of an experienced Product Owner, acting as the link between business stakeholders and the software development team.
• Assist in steering project teams and guiding stakeholders throughout the project duration.
• Conduct workshops and brainstorming sessions to analyze and challenge business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Employ a hands-on approach to problem-solving, testing, and change management, focusing on quality output, time to market, and budget control.
• Manage and service existing applications, tracking potential improvements and scheduling regular upgrades.
• Demonstrate flexibility regarding working location, time, and context, and contribute to a supportive team environment.

General Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Fluency in one of the following languages is a major asset: Dutch, German, French, Polish, Italian, or Spanish.
• Master’s degree is mandatory.
• Experience as an IT project leader or digital product manager is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to switch between business and IT languages and deliver quality workshops, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving environments; ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with an emphasis on developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Open communication and team player spirit.

Technical Requirements

• Experience in agile project methodology, software development, or knowledge of Azure DevOps / TFS is a plus.
