The team aims to accelerate environmental and social initiatives, creating sustainable value for clients, colleagues, communities, and society. The Senior Program Manager will equip the team with program management skills and develop a concrete program approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a program approach to drive change and improvement.
• Organize and coordinate program work with colleagues from various departments.
• Set up collaboration frameworks and program governance.
• Analyze problems, weigh options, and provide informed advice to management and stakeholders.
• Accompany the implementation of new approaches, utilizing tools, forums, and monitoring.
• Communicate change effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Embed sustainability into the business, providing strategic guidance and tools.
• Drive sustainable finance and business practices.

Education

University degree or equivalent experience

Experience and Knowledge

• Over 4 years of relevant experience in program management
• Proven experience in managing complex projects or programs
• Very good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Strong organizational insight
• Passion for sustainable finance and business practices
• Familiarity with various IT systems
