Enterprise Architect / Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Enterprise Architect with a specialization in architectures related to SAP. The successful candidate will develop the architecture necessary for various projects outlined in the 2026 roadmap and manage some small SAP-related projects, dedicating approximately 40% of their time to this task.

Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Architecture: Ensure alignment between the company’s strategy and the Business, Application, and Data layers of the architecture. Maintain consistency in IT guidelines and developments over the long term. Create, maintain, and reassess procedural standards, architectural documents, and related documentation. Define and maintain technology standards in collaboration with IT team leaders.

• Application Architecture: Design application architecture and maintain related documentation in the architecture repository (Abacus). Maintain a consolidated macro view across all information systems and evaluate the impact of fundamental architecture changes. Communicate the functional architecture to relevant stakeholders.
• Business Architecture: Support the team responsible for modeling processes. Provide a metamodel of the architecture integrating business and IT dimensions. Collaborate with the business architect and process team to adapt the architecture framework according to roadmap projects.
• Data Architecture: Work with the data architect to provide and maintain a data model suited to the organization’s needs. Integrate business and technical data models with the BI team.
• Common Architectures: Participate in synergy workshops and share best practices with other departments as required.
• Infrastructure Link: Coordinate with the IT Infrastructure hub for implementing infrastructure related to software needs. Ensure the technical inventory is introduced in a CMBD application by the infrastructure team.

Project Management:

Manage 1 or 2 SAP projects according to the specified method, with provided templates, steps, governance, and documentation. These are small projects not requiring a full-time equivalent.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Over 5 years of experience in project management.

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect.
• Over 5 years of experience in SAP projects.
• Experience in project management or enterprise architecture within a GRD is preferred.
• Experience interacting with executive bodies is advantageous.
• Experience with S/4HANA projects is a plus.
