For a client we are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Integration Solution Architect to lead a critical infrastructure integration project. This senior-level role is open to medior profiles with relevant expertise, and the start date is as soon as possible.

Location: Brussel

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration and integration of infrastructure, transitioning from dual data centers to a Windows-focused infrastructure with Azure cloud components.
• Develop and execute a rehosting migration strategy for 60+ applications, ensuring alignment with operational system requirements.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to understand existing systems, identify interdependencies, and maintain seamless communication between applications.
• Create detailed technical documentation using Visio and ArchiMate, and ensure clear communication of planning to stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee network security, firewall configurations, identity management, and authorization protocols.
• Ensure compliance with relevant integration standards, network protocols, and security protocols.
• Collaborate on technical design and troubleshooting, addressing issues around network communication and defining security measures for inter-application integration.
• Plan and execute the technical transition of applications to a new infrastructure environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of enterprise networks, network protocols, and security protocols, including Kerberos and OAuth.
• In-depth experience with Windows and Linux environments, application integration, and inter-application communication.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure, on-premises systems, and Office 365/Teams integrations.
• Proficiency in Visio, ArchiMate, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly understand complex applications, infrastructure requirements, and system dependencies.

Desired Skills:

• Experience working within a team of architects and specialists in Azure, data, and generalist roles.
• Skills in network security, firewalls, and identity management.

Language Proficiency:

• Primarily English for documentation.
• Dutch-speaking preferred.
• French knowledge is a must.

The successful candidate will join a team of five experienced architects and will be supported by a cloud specialist focused on Office 365 and PaaS.
