For a client, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tribe Test Engineer:
Responsibilities:
- Define the overall test strategy for the tribe, applicable to all squads, based on quality criteria and risk management.
- Conduct test activities at the release train level, including planning, execution, budget control, and capacity management.
- Take responsibility for the end-to-end scope and test coverage of features, contributing at the epic level for both functional and non-functional testing (regression, usability, performance, security).
- Ensure close and professional collaboration with tribe members, chapter leads, and various development and operations engineers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in testing techniques, test types, different testing levels, and principles of functional and non-functional testing.
- Expertise in "structured & risk-based testing."
- Understanding of software development methods and life cycle management.
- Knowledge of functional architecture, application architecture, and infrastructure architecture.
- Experience with test automation tools such as QC, Cucumber, Soap, service virtualization, etc.
- Ability to perform estimations and workload calculations.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and processes is mandatory.
Desired Skills:
- Certification in relevant fields will be considered an asset.
- Advanced technical skills related to the role will be advantageous.
- Strong advisory skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade clients by demonstrating subject matter expertise.

This role expects a 50% on-site presence and 50% telework arrangement.
