For a client, we are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. This position is available immediately and will extend through December 31, 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and challenge business requirements to ensure they align with company goals and architecture standards.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional designs that meet business needs.
• Implement business requirements and validate their effectiveness.
• Conduct testing of implementations to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain documentation, ensuring a smooth handover of delivered solutions.
• Generate reports using standardized measurement and reporting tools.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a functional analyst.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and software systems, identify issues, and propose viable solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to finding innovative solutions.
• Ability to identify potential risks and trade-offs in proposed solutions.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a structured process for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of work.

Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL with the capability to navigate complex data models.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative team-player attitude.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

 

This role does not require travel as it is based in Brussel.
