For a client we are seeking a Medior DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic team. This full-time position requires a commitment to work 2 days on-site and offers the flexibility of homeworking for the remaining time.

Responsibilities:
- Support development, technical support, and other teams in their day-to-day jobs.
- Serve as a role model in quality, release, and deployment aspects, and advocate for best practices.
- Drive process improvements and take on additional responsibilities such as automating manual processes.
- Understand system architecture and implement process improvements (Jenkins, K8S, GCP, GITOps, etc.).
- Provide accurate estimations and manage time effectively.
- Manage access control to source code and build tools.
- Train new users on tools and follow up on upgrades of tools and technologies.
- Propose and organize trainings, attend conferences, and monitor development/test platforms.
- Make quality-related decisions and help estimate budgets for tools and user licenses.
- Assist the Product Owner in defining the roadmap for several tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience.
- Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Linux, Docker, K8S, GCP, ArgoCD.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD implementation, support, and Infrastructure-As-Code (e.g., Terraform).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automating deployments of applications across various environments.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, preferably in the Java ecosystem.
