Senior Project Management Officer Job Description

For a client we are seeking a Senior Project Management Officer to provide support in the context of a transformation program. This role is a unique blend of PMO and Project Management activities, ideal for a professional who excels in a dynamic, transformative environment.

Start Date: 03/01/2025
End Date: 31/12/2025

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Program Manager in all activities, including meeting preparation, documentation, governance facilitation, and action point follow-up.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Follow up on planning, key milestones achievement, and progress reporting.
  • Consolidate and prepare progress reports and stakeholder presentations.
  • Drive specific program topics, ensuring adherence to program standards and ambitions.
  • Deep-dive into content, producing deliverables such as problem statements, solution analyses, and recommendations.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within large transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Teams, XLS, Word) is mandatory.
  • Business analysis skills are mandatory.

Language Requirements:

  • Dutch: Business knowledge
  • French: Business knowledge
  • English: Business knowledge (Oral + written)

Education/Certification:

Work Arrangement:

Expectation of 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
