Description

As a CI/CD Accelerator and Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our Agile transformation, working closely with various cross-functional product teams. Your role will involve combining Agile methodologies with technological expertise to enhance and continuously improve the CI/CD pipeline. You will also redesign linkages and controls impacted by the Agile transformation. This position requires a balance of contribution and design, constantly seeking creative solutions through existing technical knowledge and new learning opportunities. You will provide technical and architectural input, shaping the evolution of the continuous delivery pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Support the roll-out and migration to the CI/CD pipeline.
• Collaborate with teams to architect, design, develop, test, install, and improve the CI/CD pipeline.
• Provide coaching and problem-solving support to squads during migration.
• Integrate controls into the CI/CD pipeline, implementing "compliance-as-code."
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and automated tests.
• Participate in agile team activities, prioritizing and coordinating daily tasks.
• Review designs, code, unit tests, and technical documentation from other developers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and guide junior team members.
• Provide demos and solution presentations to team members and customers across various locations with flexible timing.
• Coach and challenge squads on CI/CD practices, assessing challenges and defining improvement actions.
• Validate measures to enhance DevOps practices and coach teams on utilizing DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline effectively.

• Cloud Security: Professional level with 5 years of experience.
• Cloudbees: Required.
• Docker, Unix/Linux, and Bash shell scripting: Professional level with 5 years of experience.
• Java/Groovy and/or Python programming: Professional level with 5 years of experience.
• Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Nexus: Professional level with 5 years of experience.
• Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket: Professional level with 5 years of experience.
• Kubernetes: Professional level with 5 years of experience.
