Description:

In the development of Digital, we are looking for a Business Process Analyst to translate business needs into requirements. The successful candidate will ensure that the requirements are captured, challenged, and the impact is verified with different stakeholders to have them ready for analysis and development. The Business Process Analyst will work as part of an Agile Scrum team delivering Digital Solutions and will be responsible for the smooth preparation and implementation of business requests in a digital environment.

Tasks:

• Support the Product Owner of a Digital Scrum Team with roadmap definition, in-take preparation, and Impact Analysis with our business.
• Define, challenge, and prioritize requirements with business during the co-creation phase.
• Filter and prioritize demand from business (including trade-offs during in-take phase, balancing costs and benefits) to best meet the objectives of each department.
• Support the Business in the definition of business cases, including benefits and Total Cost of Ownership of the recommended solutions.
• Prepare and deliver a comprehensive and prioritized set of business requirements, business KPIs, and business rules.
• Ensure alignment of all stakeholders through a co-creation phase (lead business analysis workshops).
• Contribute, on demand, to the definition of test scenarios.
• Translate business processes into functional requirements.
• Ensure information continuity on business requirements, both functional and non-functional, for the creation of software and application solutions (documentation, knowledge hand-over, etc.).
• Perform functional documentation in Confluence related to the delivered features/US.
• Actively participate and support the agile way of working with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Work in close collaboration with the business enterprise architect and/or IT enterprise architect to deliver solution models and solution architectures in line with business requirements and to deliver business value.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an Agile delivery environment.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum team.
• Strong affinity and understanding of modern Process and Requirement analysis technology solutions (e.g., BPMN, Confluence, user Story, etc.).
• Affinity or analysis experience in Web, Mobile Application, and UX in general.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, fluent in English.
