Mission Context:
The role involves managing client interactions, preparing Connexis contracts, and overseeing a personal client portfolio. Connexis is an international product available in over 40 countries, requiring a quick adaptation to specific country features.
Function Description:
- Engage with clients and manage communications.
- Prepare and manage Connexis contracts.
- Maintain responsibility for a personal client portfolio.
- Achieve autonomy in role within two months.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills - Mandatory
- French: Strong written and spoken communication skills - Mandatory
- English: Strong written and spoken communication skills - Mandatory
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Telework:
After initial training, 50% on-site and 50% remote work.
Required Experience/Knowledge:
No specific number of years of experience required.
Technical Experience (Mandatory):
- Technical writing skills and experience with process modeling techniques and methods.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Aris) and creating flow charts.
- Good understanding of workflow processes is preferable.
Business Experience (Mandatory/Preferable):
- Strong analytical skills.
