Business Analyst for Sailpoint Rollout
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal customers to prepare the migration of existing identity and account management processes onto the Sailpoint solution.
- Analyze current processes and draft future processes in line with existing functional frameworks.
- Gather and formalize requirements, assisting the Solution Architect in translating them into solution designs.
- Identify gaps and work with the Solution Architect to design changes to address them.
- Collect and analyze user data from current systems to verify against requirements.
- Organize and conduct workshops with customers.
- Prepare functional test cases based on the requirements.
Experience:
- Significant previous business analysis experience, ideally in the identity and account management domain.
- Knowledge of identity and account management processes and practices in large companies, with awareness of SOX and other compliance impacts on IAM design.
- Experience working with development teams, including architects and developers.
- Experience with business analysis from implementation projects in multinational corporate environments is a plus.
Technical and Methodical Skills:
- Proficiency in business analysis methods, process mapping, and modeling.
- Familiarity with methods for visualizing processes (BPMN, ER diagrams, flowcharts).
- Basic tools for data manipulation and analysis (MS Excel, relational databases; Python/Pandas/R is a plus but not required).
- Ability to work with data from various systems (ADs, LDAPs, bespoke APIs), analyze the data, crosscheck against business assumptions, and drive decisions.
- Capability to work in a diverse multicultural environment.
- Independent worker, able to plan and manage own work.
- Strong communication skills, experienced in working with fully remote teams.
