Job Title: Medior Support Engineer

Location: Belgium
Responsibilities:
- Provide second-line support for functional and technical issues related to critical applications in air and ground logistics.
- Manage incidents, problems, and change management processes.
- Assist users with application functionality issues and provide knowledge support.
- Conduct technical error analyses and reporting.
- Coordinate critical situations through Emergency Incident Management (EIM) and stand-by services.
- Monitor application availability and messaging interface interruptions.
- Handle application configuration requests and perform application and messaging testing verifications.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Participate in the on-call schedule.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Basic understanding of global air and ground movement operations.
- Experience as a Field Operations or Service Desk Agent is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of Aviation IT Application portfolio.
- Strong analytical thinking and independent working skills.
- Ability to remain consistent under stress and maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Accurate, quick decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Organizational awareness and a passion for aviation.
