Job Title: Medior Support Engineer

Start Date: Immediate

Location: Belgium

Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-line support for functional and technical issues related to critical applications in air and ground logistics.
  • Manage incidents, problems, and change management processes.
  • Assist users with application functionality issues and provide knowledge support.
  • Conduct technical error analyses and reporting.
  • Coordinate critical situations through Emergency Incident Management (EIM) and stand-by services.
  • Monitor application availability and messaging interface interruptions.
  • Handle application configuration requests and perform application and messaging testing verifications.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Participate in the on-call schedule.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Basic understanding of global air and ground movement operations.
  • Experience as a Field Operations or Service Desk Agent is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of Aviation IT Application portfolio.
  • Strong analytical thinking and independent working skills.
  • Ability to remain consistent under stress and maintain a customer-centric approach.
  • Accurate, quick decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Organizational awareness and a passion for aviation.
