For a client, we are seeking a Business Analyst and Functional Analyst for the "Fraud Cluster" project.

End Date: 31/12/2025
Location: Brussel

Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis and contribute to functional analysis in line with product owner priorities.
• Facilitate business needs collection and challenge requirements to optimize customer-centric solutions.
• Ensure clear communication with business stakeholders and validate requirements using mock-ups and visuals.
• Define and analyze business models using techniques such as UML diagrams and Visio.
• Document processes, data models, and requirements for developers to progress autonomously.
• Prepare and participate in end-to-end testing of new functionalities to ensure quality.
• Assist with change management by mapping business needs to delivered functionalities and monitoring at go-live.
• Act as an interface between stakeholders and maintain fluent communication.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Business and Functional Analysis.
• Experience with conceptual modeling techniques (UML, Visio, mock-ups).
• Proficiency in MS Office and a good understanding of IS and testing.
• Functional analysis and understanding of technical functionalities.
• Knowledge of development code (Python, Java) is preferable.

• Proficiency in presentation skills, including workshops and process flows.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Language Proficiency:
