For a client we are seeking a Windows Cloud Engineer.

Contract Duration: Immediate start – 30/06/2025

Location: Luik

Responsibilities:

• Cloud Solution Planning, Implementation, and Management:
  • Design and deploy cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, networks, storage, and monitoring tools.
  • Resolve incidents beyond the Service Desk's scope or those identified by monitoring systems.
• Security Policy Implementation and Compliance Management:
  • Implement and manage security policies to maintain cloud system integrity.
  • Utilize Azure Active Directory for identity management.
  • Enforce compliance standards with tools like Azure Security Center and Azure Sentinel.
• Cloud Resource Monitoring and Performance Optimization:
  • Continuously monitor cloud resources using Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics.
  • Manage and optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system or performance issues to ensure high availability.
• Knowledge Transfer and Documentation:
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to the SIS team.
  • Document configurations, solutions, and processes for effective handover and maintenance.
• Flexibility and Global Collaboration:
  • Work flexibly across different time zones to support global project needs.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in managing large Windows server-based platforms.
• Proficient in O365, Azure, Entra ID, Pureview.
• Strong knowledge of Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Understanding of security and compliance frameworks (Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, MDATP, MCAS).
• Good knowledge of IAC and VMware Virtual Infrastructure Management.

Considered as a plus:

• Experience working for an international group.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or CMMC.

Education Qualification and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, or MCA.
• Microsoft Azure Certification.
• VMware certification is a plus.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Fluency in French would be advantageous.
