Senior Analyst Programmer ICT Finance

For a client in Schaarbeek, we are looking for a Senior Analyst Programmer in the ICT Finance domain.

Start and End Date

• Start Date: As soon as possible
• End Date: 31/12/2025
• Duration of the Assignment: Can be extended

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business experts to prepare and develop epics and stories.
• Analyze and model financial business processes into functional and technical specifications.
• Evaluate and remodel existing functionalities on EBS.
• Test and monitor the quality of stories delivered by developers.
• Design user-friendly screens in consultation with users.
• Be a driving force within a dynamic scrum team.

Profile

• Highly experienced analyst programmer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough knowledge of financial processes or the ability to quickly grasp financial terminology.
• Strong communication skills in both the language of developers and business specialists.
• Extensive experience in analysis methods and developing functional and technical analyses.
• Thorough knowledge of SQL, knowledge of PLSQL is a plus.
• Experience in designing performant and user-friendly screens (Balsamiq).
• Flexible, communicative, and competent.
• Quality and customer-oriented attitude.
• Enthusiastic, creative, and proactive.
• Independent and a team player.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
• Experience with the Agile method SCRUM, experience as a scrum master is a plus.

Language Requirements

Dutch and English are necessary, French is a plus.

Work Regime

Hybrid work environment: at least 1 to 2 days per week in the office in Schaarbeek, other days flexible working from home.
