Senior Business Analyst Opportunity

Location: East Flanders + Remote

Role and Responsibilities:

• Act as a Business Analyst within one or more Market Coordination projects.
• Monitor content dependencies with other projects and collaborate closely with other Business Analysts.
• Facilitate discussions between process owners, (S)BPAs, and internal/external experts using best-practice processes and assist in change acceptance.
• Provide expertise and substantive support to project leaders and conduct peer reviews of deliverables.
• Document and follow up on working groups and discussions, including decisions and proposals.
• Maintain an overview of topics under analysis and communicate transparently about changing priorities to the team and stakeholders.
• Develop communication and training materials.
• Prepare and actively participate in internal and external working groups.
• Thoroughly analyze new initiatives or change requests, considering both a market perspective and an internal perspective.
• Draft E2E test scenarios and support their execution.
• Support migration and transition activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in change management.
• Proven experience in testing (test execution, UAT, etc.).
• Proven experience with stakeholder management.
• Demonstrable communication skills during an interview.
• At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst in the energy sector.
• Experience with the development and optimization of business processes (BPM).
• Proven experience within MIG4/MIG6.
• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
