Service Description

Join a dynamic team in the Asset Financial Management sector, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the asset base and tracking capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with BE GAAP and IFRS, managing financial asset management, setting accounting borders for CAPEX, maintaining an accurate asset register, tracking financial spending, monthly reporting, compliance and documentation, and process improvement. You will map technical grid infrastructure concepts with accounting logics.

Main Tasks

• Analyze and validate allocation structures (WBS structure) in infrastructure projects related to CAPEX investments created in SAP, using SAP Budget Builder for project structure preparation, then integrate into SAP PS and SAP FI-AA.
• Manage assets daily in the Asstek tool and SAP (FI/AA) by registering events such as commissioning, decommissioning, and sale, similar to data management of the financial inventory of assets mapped with the technical data register.
• Support the team with additional tasks, including updating documentation.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in fixed assets management and/or data management (master data) in SAP.
• Demonstrated technical affinity (electricity sector, project management, etc.).
• Knowledge of and/or affinity with technical installations (substations, lines, and high-voltage cables) or willingness to undergo short accelerated training.
• Proficiency in SAP Module PS and/or FI-AA and MS Office.
• Fluency in French and/or Dutch.
• Flexibility and autonomy.
• Strong communication skills and empathy to work effectively in a team.
• Practical mindset with attention to detail.
