For a client in Namur, we are looking for a Senior IT Functional Analyst.

Period: As soon as possible – 31/12/2025

Mission:
Attached to the head of the Cross-Channel Resources Department in the Embedded Systems Department, you will join a team of about thirty people to ensure the functional analyses necessary for the evolution of the solutions developed.

Your responsibilities will include:
Carry out the functional analyses of business requests.
Write the functional records related to the analyses.
Facilitate and document meetings with stakeholders.
Develop the solution in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Work closely with UX/UI.

Profile:
3 years of experience as a functional analyst.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to seek consensus and solutions.
Active listening, analysis and decision-making skills.
Strength of proposition.
Ability to build trust with all stakeholders.
Rapid mastery of various contents.
Development of detailed functional specifications (FFD).
Understanding of technology issues.

Technical skills:
Methods and analysis languages: UML.
Relational databases and SQL programming.
Web Architectures.
Knowledge of a project management methodology framework is an asset.
Modeling functional analyses in Enterprise Architect.
