Functional Analysts

Location: Brussels
Language skills: Dutch and / or French + English 
Experience: Minimum 5 years

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional analyzes to detect and define the needs of users.
Translate these needs for technical staff and project managers.
Collaborate with business analysts and project managers on the preparation of IT projects.
Testing and evaluating the results of IT applications and ensuring that they meet the requirements of the organization.
Building technical documentation to guide the development team (developers and testers).

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Good knowledge of Business Process Modeling and functional analysis.
Be able to clearly describe desired and existing processes, including methodology: Functional Architecture, Use Cases, Data Model, Functional Requirements.
Good knowledge of UML and BPMN.
Experience with Confluence and JIRA.
At least a basic knowledge of test methods and Agile development.
Experience with leading workshops and supporting the management of an MVP.
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology, experience as a scrum master is a plus.
