Role Description:

We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst who is eager to contribute to the development of banking services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business needs, the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, and the capability to work closely with stakeholders to optimize business solutions. You will be part of the Squad Transactional, connecting customer transactions through brokers to exchange and settlement platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with (Cluster) Product Owners or Initiative Owners to realize new initiatives and solutions.

  • Work with various stakeholders, including Process Experts, Operational Experts, Product Owners/Specialists, and IT Architects.
  • Estimate the potential value of initiatives, collect and understand stakeholder needs, and document requirements.
  • Support the (Cluster) Product Owner in defining requirements and prioritizing customer and user needs.
  • Participate in Quarterly Agile Planning (QAP) and review meetings.
  • Support the (Squad) Product Owner in backlog clarification and refinement.

Language Requirements:

  • Dutch: Native

  • French: Good
  • English: Fluent

Education:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree

Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience with business analysis techniques and methods (Customer Journey, Process Design, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good understanding of IT and testing.
  • Experience with requirements management and prioritization techniques (MoSCoW) is preferable.
  • Good understanding of workflow processes.
  • Knowledge of invest transactional flows is preferable.

  • Strong analytical ability to synthesize complex problems into concrete proposals or actions.
  • Client-focused with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Result-oriented with the ability to prioritize customer and user needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Team player with a drive for continuous improvement.

Telework:

Mandatory: 50% on-site, 50% homeworking.
