Program Management Officer (Quality & Process Improvement)

Onsite Presence: 2 days per week required in Brussels.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation of the improvement roadmap by leading or collaborating on initiatives across various domains such as processes, tools, governance, data, and competence development.
- Take ownership of quality-related projects, ensuring timely delivery aligned with defined objectives and maturity ambitions.
- Support the development and improvement of key quality processes, including non-conformity management, return of experience (REX), and other continuous improvement projects.
- Structure and enhance the capture of quality feedback from the field, ensuring relevant information is collected consistently and is usable.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of practical quality tools (e.g., digital checklists, dashboards, reporting tools) to improve execution and monitoring.
- Participate in the analysis of quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders (project leaders, site teams, technical experts, asset teams, contractors) to align expectations and ways of working.
- Facilitate or support workshops and discussions to clarify processes, align stakeholders, and drive improvements.
- Strengthen the quality culture by promoting clear communication, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in engineering sciences, business management, or equivalent, or relevant experience in a project, process, or technical environment.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in roles such as project support, PMO, process improvement, coordination, quality management, or similar.
- Experience in project-based or operational environments, comfortable supporting or managing initiatives end-to-end.
- Structured and result-oriented, capable of bringing initiatives to completion.
- Strong stakeholder skills, able to work with different profiles across the organization.
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset, comfortable translating high-level objectives into concrete actions.
- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn how things work in practice.
- Comfortable working in evolving environments that are not yet fully defined.
- Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good knowledge of the other language. Knowledge of English is an asset.
Considered a Plus:
- Experience or affinity with quality management, continuous improvement, or structured problem-solving.
- Familiarity with quality concepts or standards (e.g., audits, non-conformities, improvement cycles).
- Experience with agile or iterative ways of working.
