Role Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in cards and cards product management. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the market, competition, customer needs, and the performance of our card products and services. This includes analyzing issues, proposing improvements, evaluating change requests, and developing business requirements and acceptance criteria. The role involves acting as an interface with stakeholders and bridging business needs with IT to define the business scope, target operating model, and interfaces. The candidate will also follow up on the implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Good spoken communication skills
• French: Good spoken communication skills
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Education:

Master’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent through experience

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Preferable knowledge of card-related systems and architecture
• Business expertise in cards and related services
• Knowledge of the cards industry, especially in Belgium
• Experience as a Business Analyst in a cards environment
• Preferable experience in project management and/or as a Product Owner in a cards business
• Experience with agile methodology
• Knowledge of other payment methods such as Wero, Apple Pay, etc.
