Job Description:

To support the product teams Captatie, Offertering, and Werkorderbeheer, we are looking for a Test Coordinator. In addition to maintaining and keeping systems running, you will work on projects in Network Operation and Network Management (cluster Assets).

Responsibilities:

• Develop a master test plan for assigned projects and implement the test strategy at the program level.
• Determine test activities (processes, transactions, etc.) and assign responsibilities.
• Coordinate and support the writing of test scenarios.
• Ensure testing of all relevant changes during test coordination.
• Direct project staff for the execution of the master test plan and facilitate test execution.
• Participate in the determination and execution of end-to-end tests (cross-project/product).
• Coordinate with the release manager regarding the availability of test environments and schedules.
• Report on the progress and results of the tests to project leaders and the program test manager.
• Anticipate problems in a timely manner by detecting, assessing, and escalating risks and bottlenecks.
• Perform assigned tasks within the project and deliver within the set criteria (time, budget, quality).
• Guide test designers and staff without test experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Test Coordinator (minimum 5 years).
• Experience with formal test methods and techniques (minimum 5 years).
• Extensive experience with developing tests in Jira (minimum 5 years).
• Experience with planning, organizing, and managing test activities (minimum 5 years).
• Experience with release management (minimum 5 years).
• Training with certification or equivalent through experience in testing SAP functionalities (minimum 5 years).
• Experience in the Belgian utilities sector (minimum 3 years).
• Experience as a tester in an Agile/Scrum project.
• Experience in writing test strategies and test scenarios.

Language Requirement:

Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
