Job Listing: Medior/Senior Scrum Master
Location: Antwerpen
Remote Working Policy: 2 fixed days per week in the office, 3 days remote

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners to build high-performing agile squads, enabling efficient and flexible working methods.
- Identify potential gaps in skills, competencies, and capacity, working with the team on solutions.
- Select individuals with the right competencies and skills to fit the squad’s mission.
- Empower individuals to work effectively as a cross-functional team.
- Implement agile practices at the squad level, facilitating scrum ceremonies and taking corrective measures when necessary.
- Challenge the status quo and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help squad members take ownership and improve their delivery of value.
- Ensure effective and fast value delivery flow through the squads.
- Support Product Owners and squads in managing their backlog and maintaining a healthy team dynamic.
- Eliminate impediments to the squad's progress, addressing issues with those who can resolve them.
- Foster cross-team collaboration and coordinate with other teams, keeping squad members informed.
- Promote a "quality first" work environment and embed high professional excellence in all squad activities.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience in driving change initiatives, large or small.
- Proficient in agile techniques and able to apply the best agile approach to help people succeed.
- Capable of facilitating the required agile framework.
Minimal Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Dutch, English, and French.
- Passionate about Agile principles and embedding them across the organization.
- Enjoys coaching and supporting people to embrace changes in their way of working.
- Confident, open-minded, with a continuous improvement and self-learning mindset.
- Broad business knowledge.
- Passion for helping teams and individuals deliver and grow personally.
- Servant leadership attitude, prioritizing the needs of the team over individual needs.
