Role Description:

We are looking for a Django Dev Engineer to join our agile team. The role involves designing, building, and testing interactive tools to annotate data and validate results of machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Django and Python, and will be responsible for integrating solutions into the IT fabric of the organization. The engineer will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the completion of the team's backlog, adhering to scrum values and promoting continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and test interactive tools for data annotation and machine learning model validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into integrated IT solutions.
• Focus on completing the team's backlog as per agreed priorities.
• Adhere to scrum values and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Promote knowledge sharing, open communication, and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in software engineering.
• Strong experience with Django and Python.
• Proficiency in Git (version control system).
• Experience with MLOps or DevOps and testing frameworks (Gherkin, Behave).
• Knowledge of agile methodology.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• A degree in computer science is preferred.
• Certifications in Python, programming, Linux system administration, or networking are a plus.
• Polyglot with knowledge of other programming languages.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Active knowledge of at least one local language and passive knowledge of the other.
