Opportunity: Experienced Business Analyst

Start Date: Immediate

End Date: 30/04/2025 + extension possible

Location: Brussel (50% home, 50% on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed business analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Identify and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users.

Main Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Customer Experience (CX) minded.
• Ability to design clear and detailed functional flows.
• Critical mindset to identify all possible error cases.
• Strong documentation skills for business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Certification in Business Analysis.
